I couldn’t think of a better cake for my super-energetic, soccer-loving, awesome-sauce nephew:  A Soccer Pinata Cake: An edible, smashable shell on the outside, with a delicious cake on the inside, filled with tons of candies! The cake is gluten- and dairy-free vanilla, with vanilla buttercream and fresh blueberries inside.
